Online video & phone consultations

We are pleased to offer remote sessions in the form of phone and video consultations at Podiatry Station. We realise that the majority of our patients will require hands-on treatment and remote consultations are not going to be an ideal solution for everyone.

However, they have proved to be invaluable for providing immediate peace of mind if you are concerned about sudden changes due to aesthetics, pain, discharge, swelling, inflammation, and even bleeding. We’re happy to arrange a remote session for any patient, especially those who cannot leave their house or struggle to attend the clinic due to work and lifestyle commitments.

What happens at a remote session?

During your remote session, our podiatrist will consult with you over the phone or by video connection. This will allow for an assessment to be carried out, and help you start the treatment plan immediately based on the diagnosis. This will avoid a delay in your treatment, and prevent any existing problems from getting worse.
