Delivery charges are £7.99, and orders over £80 qualify for free delivery. Orders will be delivered within five working days. If you wish to cancel an online order soon after placing it, please contact us by email with your order number, so we can check if this is possible. Once an order has been processed for picking, we are unable to cancel online orders, and the order will have to be returned once delivered. Products purchased from our clinic in person are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Products purchased online can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive them back within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned products must be in a resalable condition. The customer must pay the postage charge for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving returned products. Please contact us by email with your order number to start a return. We recommend that the customer retains a photo of each product being returned and uses a recorded delivery option.
