Terms & Conditions of Product Sales

1. We are A & B Clinics (UK) Ltd, trading as Podiatry Station. Our registered address is at 10 Station Road, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 7AB.
2. Online orders placed before 12am, are dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 12am will be dispatched the next working day.
3. Online orders attract a £4.99 delivery charge. We do not charge delivery on orders over the value of £50.
4. A free click & collect service is available from our Edgware clinic. When a click & collect order is received, we will contact you to confirm once it is ready for collection and agree a timeslot for you to come and collect your order. All terms applicable to online orders, also apply to click & collect orders.
5. If you wish to cancel an online order soon after placing it, please contact us by email with your order number, so we can check if this is possible. Once an order has been processed for picking, we are unable to cancel online orders, and the order will have to be returned once delivered.
6. Products purchased from our clinic in person are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Products purchased online can be returned for a full refund as long as we receive them back within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned products must be in a resalable condition. The customer must pay the postage charge for returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving returned products. Please contact us by email with your order number to start a return. We recommend that the customer retains a photo of each product being returned and uses a recoded delivery option.
8. Products purchased online cannot be returned in person to our Edgware clinic, even if it was originally a click & collect order.
9. We do not provide professional advice or recommendations when buying products in our clinic or online without consulting a Podiatrist. It is the customer responsibility to ensure suitability of a product before purchasing. In no event shall we be liable for any claims, penalties, injury, loss, damage, or expenses, howsoever arising, out of or in connection with the use of purchased products.
10. These T&C’s do not affect your statutory rights.
